Fit Kids London presents a unique, six week programme to improve your child's:
SPEED - Increase foot speed, arm drive and core strength
AGILITY - Improve coordination skills and multi directional movement
FLEXIBILITY - Facilitate greater freedom of movement and posture
STRENGTH - Body weight exercises to support healthy development
Whatever sport your child enjoys, our comprehensive training programme will help improve their health, fitness and athletic performance.

ABOUT US
Fit Kids London is designed and run by former International Decathlete Joe Naughton and former Sprint Star Wooday Sidibe. Joe and Wooday have a combined 25 years of coaching experience and specialise in working with young people.
